Get your show listed on the Health Podcast Library.

Finding credible health podcasts can be a chore even for the most experienced researcher. Listeners searching for evidence-based conversations about medicine, mental health, nutrition, or therapy have to sift through thousands of shows of wildly varying quality.

That's why we built the Health Podcast Library: a curated, searchable directory of health and wellness podcasts, designed to make trustworthy voices easier to find. If your show belongs there, getting listed takes about ten minutes. Here's how.

1 Create your account

Head to healthpodcastlibrary.com and click Sign Up. You'll need your first and last name, an email address, and a password of at least six characters.

We'll send a confirmation email — click the link inside to verify your address, then log back in.

2 Submit your podcast

Once you're signed in, click Add Your Show in the lower-right corner of the home page. A new tab will open titled Submit a Podcast — a short, five-step wizard.

Step 01Search for your show.

Type your podcast name into the search box, click it when it appears, and choose Submit & Verify Ownership.

Step 02Choose a verification method.

Pick whichever is easier:

  • Email — we'll send a six-digit code to the contact email in your RSS feed.
  • Description code — we'll give you a six-digit code to drop into your podcast's description or copyright field.

Step 03Complete the verification.

Either enter the code we emailed you, or paste the description code into your feed, click Check for code, and we'll detect it automatically. You can remove the code from your description the moment we confirm it.

Step 04Accept the terms.

Tick the three required checkboxes confirming you're authorized to submit the show and that the content doesn't infringe on anyone's rights.

Step 05Answer a few questions.

A brief questionnaire covering who referred you, your LinkedIn URL, your ideal audience, the hardest part of growing your podcast right now, which health topics you cover, whether your content is eligible for CE/CME credit, and whether you have a YouTube channel.

3 Submit and wait

Click Submit. You'll see a confirmation screen, and your show will appear in your Membership Portal as Pending or Under Review.

Our team reviews new submissions within five to ten business days. Once approved, your show goes live on Health Podcast Library, alongside hundreds of other health-focused podcasts helping listeners find trustworthy voices in medicine, science, and wellness.

We'll email you the moment a decision is made — no need to check back in the meantime.

No. We don’t require exclusivity to join, and we encourage members to distribute across multiple podcast destinations and players.
Yes! We've helped many of our members get, and grow, their sponsors, and we're happy to do that with you. We don't take any fees of advertisers and sponsors that you secure directly. And to avoid any doubt, your participation in any advertising opportunities we bring to you are entirely optional - we don’t force you to run ads.
Yes. Migrating is easy and free of charge. We migrate your mp3 files, titles, and descriptions and set up your new RSS feed, and give you and your team access. We can also help you set up a redirect so your show doesn’t have any interruptions.
Since subscribers follow your show on podcast apps (not on your hosting provider), they continue to get updates even when your hosting has changed. However, your download history isn’t transferred, so be sure to download that before you cancel your other hosting account. We also recommend that you wait at least 30 days before canceling your legacy hosting account.
